Sarah Pedinotti is a singer/songwriter from Saratoga Springs, NY. In 2005 her latest album, One Mirror, was listed by Billboard magazine as one of the ten best new albums of the year. In 2003 Billboard listed her first album, You Go to My Head, in this category as well, hailing her as "one of the best young jazz blues vocalists in the country today."

Four writers who specialize in different aspects of the creative word will each give a brief reading or performance & discuss the creative process.

William B. Patrick's work has been published and produced in several genres: fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, screenwriting, and drama. Saving Troy is his new chronicle of a year spent with the firefighters and paramedics of Troy, NY. His work has been seen on both the large and small screens.

Deborah Smith is a travel and humor writer whose work has appeared in Traveler's Tales anthologies including 2006 Best Women's Travel Writing and the glossy Tastes of Italia. She is a regular contributor to WAMC's "Roundtable" and "Best of Our Knowledge".

Jay Rogoff's third book of poems, The Long Fault, will appear early in 2008. His first book, The Cutoff, was the winner of the Washington Prize. River City Publishing issued his second book, How We Came to Stand on That Shore, in 2003. His poetry has appeared in many journals and magazines.
