Originally from Laurens, NY, Spencer put down roots in the Capital Region right out of high school, and has since become an active member in its arts community. He currently works as Saratoga Art’s Grants Coordinator, facilitating the distribution of a quarter-million dollars annually to local arts programming. His personal creative ambitions lie in filmmaking – serving as the Board President of the 518 Film Network, founding and directing the Saratoga Film Showcase, and producing his own independent films such as “The Monkey” and “Anomaly”.”
