SAVE THE DATE! Saratoga Book Festival will take place October 21 and 22, 2022

This year’s Saratoga Book Festival will take place October 21 and 22, 2022 in the Saratoga Springs Public Library, and five other venues including the Music Hall, Saratoga City Center, Caffe Lena, Saratoga Arts, and the Inn at Saratoga. The annual Saratoga Book Festival, a special event of the Friends of the Saratoga Springs Public Library,  was founded in 2020. A community-wide celebration of reading, the Saratoga Book Festival presents more than 40 acclaimed and emerging authors for a weekend devoted to engaging conversations, workshops, panel discussions, readings, youth programs and more. Most events (and all of the children’s programs) are free. The goal of the festival is to encourage people of all ages–including reluctant readers–to read more books,  The proceeds of the festival will help fund Library special projects, programs, and services such as Saratoga Reads, 1000 Books before Kindergarten, and the Mobile Library.  For more information about this year’s Saratoga Book Festival, please visit saratogabookfestival.org.
